Since the inception of the company in 1992, the company has been fully involved in constructional activities and contractual works and part of such works done are as follows:
- >> Renovation works at Plot 22B, Mainland Street, Dolphin Estate, Ikoyi (1992) valued at Five Hundred and fifty thousand Naira only (=N=550,000.00).
- >> Renovation works at 158 Hubert Macauley Street, Ebute Metta (1993) valued at Three hundred and fifty thousand Naira only (=N=350,000.00).
- >> Construction of Raft Foundation for twin-Duplex Houses with attached Boys Quarters (on contract 1993) at Plot 26, Gaffar Animashaun Street, behind Eko Bank, Victoria Island, Lagos, valued at One million, five hundred thousand Naira only (=N=1,500,000.00).
- >> Full construction of a Block of 4 flats storey building with attached Boys-quarters at Plot 7c, Etim Inyang Crescent, Maroko extension, Victoria Island (1993-94) valued at Seven million, five hundred thousand Naira only (=N=7,500,000.00).
- >> Construction of fence, gutter drainage and laterite soil sand filling of 2 plots of land in Amuwo Area near Festac Town, Lagos in 1994 valued at Nine hundred thousand Naira only. (=N=900,000.00).
- >> Construction of Six bedroom bungalow with upper level decking and penthouse at Plot 64, Kayode Taiwo Street, Magodo GRA, Lagos valued at =N=5 million Naira only) and completed within 4 months for Dr. Roalnd A. Osuoji in 1995.
- >> Construction of Six bedroom bungalow duplex residential building in Magodo GRA, Lagos valued at =N=7.0 million (Seven million naira only) and completed within three (3) months on behalf of Citipoint Chambers (1995).
- >> Construction of a Block of 4 bedroom Twin duplex with detached boys Quarters at Zainab street, Medina Estate, Gbagada, Lagos valued at =N=15 million (Fifteen million naira only) in 1997.
- >> Construction of a Block of 4 Bedroom Twin Duplex with detached Boys Quarters with a terrace at Zainab Street, Medina Estate, Gbagada, Lagos valued at =13.5 (Thirteen million five hundred thousand naira only) for Mr. Oguntunde and completed within 2 years in 1998.
- >> Construction of Residential 3Nos. 5 Bedrooms Duplexes at Maitama District, Abuja valued at =N=16 million each (1998).
- >> Construction of reinforced gutter drains around tartan tracks constructed by Strabag (Nig) Ltd and remedial works to control flood water and erosion at the University of Lagos, Akoka Sporting Complex valued at =N= 2.3 million (1998).
- >> Award of contract for the Construction of an Altra Morden Science Laboratory for the University of Lagos International secoundary school Akoka Yaba. Valued at =N= 45 million with a tenor of 9 months (1998).
- >> Construction of Sporting facilities such as Volleyball Courts (2 Nos) Cricket Pitch, Cricket Sitting Pavillon and wired fencing works for NUGA (National University Games) and completed within 14 days (1999).
