SPARTA CONTRACTORS NIGERIA LIMITED was incorporated on the 2nd day of October in the year One Thousand Nine hundred and Ninety Four (02-10-1994), with registration number RC 206329 to carry on business of builders and contractors for construction works of any kind and all forms of contract permissible under the law as stipulated in the approved MEMORANDUM OF ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION of the company by the CORPORATE AFFAIRS COMMISSION of the Federal Republic of Nigeria; and awarded with a Certificate of Incorporation as shown in this company profile.

This company is a private liability company and is limited by shares only.

The company is managed by professionals of diverse background and knowledgeable in designing, contracting, engineering services, project evaluation, legal and project financial management.

Since the inception of the company in 1992, the company has been fully involved in Constructional activities and contractual works and part of such works done are as follows:

1.  Renovation works at Plot 22B, Mainland Street, Dolphin Estate, Ikoyi (1992) valued at Five       Hundred and fifty thousand Naira only (-N=550,000.00).

2    Renovation works at 158 Hubert Macauley Street, Ebute Metta (1993) valued at Three hundred       and fifty thousand Naira only (=N=350,000.00).

3    Construction of Raft Foundation for twin-Duplex Houses with attached Boys Quarters (on contract       1993) at Plot 26, Gaffar Animashaun Street, behind Eko Bank, Victoria Island, Lagos, valued at One       million, five hundred thousand Naira only (=N=1,500,000.00).

4   Full construction of a Block of 4 flats storey building with attached Boys-quarters at Plot 7c, Etim      Inyang Crescent, Maroko extension, Victoria Island (1993-94) valued at Seven million, five hundred      thousand Naira only (= N=7,500,000.00).

5   Construction offence, gutter drainage and laterite soil sand filling of 2 plots of land in Amuwo               Area near Festac Town, Lagos in 1994 valued at Nine hundred thousand Naira only.

8   Construction of a Block of 4 bedroom Twin duplex with detached boys Quarters at  Zainab street,      Medina Estate, Gbagada, Lagos valued at =N=15million (Fifteen million naira only) in 1997.

19 Construction of Ultra Modern 7-Bedroom Detached house at Magodo GRA, Shangisha, valued at      =N=20 million for Mr. Sunday Adebayo (80% complete, 2000) commence March 1999, and      completed in June 2003.

20 Construction of 6-Bedroom Detached house at Lekki Phase 1, Victoria Island for residential       purposes valued at =NM8 million and at completion stage (2000).(Construction of Ultra Modem       6- Bedroom Detached house at Block 91 Plot 14, Magodo GRA, Shangisha, for the Project       Manager/Co-ordinator of the company Engr. Femi A. Oshoniyi valued at -N=25 million on       completion (2000) within 1 ½  years.

21 Construction of Bore hole facilities at Lekki Phase 1, Victoria Island, with installation of treatment      units at =N==1.2 million (2000) to remove high salt contents.

26 Construction of 5 bedroom detached house provided with gatehouse and generator house,       completed with 1¼ years valued at =N=15.5 million (2001) for Mrs Abosede Coker.

27  Newly awarded contract by the University of Lagos is the construction of students Amphitheatre       through open tendering process in Guardian Newspapers of August 24, 2001 copy attached as       shown, valued at N12, 756,494.84 (November, 2001) for commencement

28 Construction of office Business district of Standard Trust Bank, situated      at 23/72 Road junction,      Festac Town, Lagos (Carcass Valued, 12.5 million) January 2003 completed in 3 months.
